These awards will honor the top 25 women bloggers in the Internet marketing industry. Additionally, Amato will honor one blog that stands out as the best among the top 25, and will single other blogs out for their accomplishments in specific categories, such as site design.
Amato is opening the nominations up to the public. People can nominate female Internet marketing bloggers by going to http://www.carolamato.com/index/ and commenting on the corresponding blog post, or by using the "Contact Me" section on her website. The nomination should include the site's name and URL. Additionally, people can explain why they think the blog should win the honor of being named the best female marketing blog. While this is optional, voters are encouraged to share their thoughts.
Once a nomination is submitted, Amato will visit the site and see if it lives up to the spirit of the "Top Women's Marketing Blogs" Awards. According to Amato, she is looking for blogs that are informative, easy to follow and provide a real value to readers.
