NHEOLIS Teams Up With Kehua In Wind-turbine Joint Venture
NHEOLIS of France, a provider of new-dimension wind technology, has announced the successful launch of Zhangzhou NHEOLIS Technology - a joint-venture company which encompasses Xiamen Kehua Hengsheng Co. Ltd, a leading Chinese UPS manufacturer, and NHEOLIS SAS. NHEOLIS is rapidly becoming a world leader in the industry for small wind turbines.
- (1888PressRelease) November 10, 2010 - Zhangzhou NHEOLIS Technology will manufacture and distribute small and medium-size wind turbines. Existing models include the nheowind 3D 50 and nheowind 3D 100, which use NHEOLIS' patented Chistera 3D Blades.
NHEOLIS has seen a sharp increase in demand since winning the Gold European Environmental Press (or EPP) Award earlier in 2010. In order to meet this demand, Zhangzhou NHEOLIS Technology has opened a new manufacturing site in Fujian (China).
NHEOLIS specialises in small wind turbines (SWTs). Its revolutionary design was developed thanks to tests carried out in CNRS wind tunnels (CNRS is France's National Centre for Scientific Research). In partnership with ONERA, the French Aerospace Laboratory, NHEOLIS has used fluid dynamics to make wind energy more efficient and more reliable than ever before.
NHEOLIS' disruptive technology drives its unique design. It achieves robust performance and low noise levels never before seen in small wind turbines. This allows for installation in both urban and rural areas.
Zhangzhou NHEOLIS Technology will manufacture these wind turbines and will use established networks for distribution and after-sales service in Asia. NHEOLIS SAS will further develop its sales and after-sales networks throughout Europe and the USA, while NHEOLIS' R&D centre in France will continue to develop existing and new models of nheowind.
