As part of this deal, NGenious Solutions will take ownership of Something Digital’s Microsoft practice.
This business deal is part of NGenious Solutions' expansion strategy. NGenious Solutions has sought growth through strategic buyouts of strong service firms that deliver Microsoft solutions to Healthcare, Media, Pharmaceutical, Chemical, and Direct-to-Consumer. With the Something Digital deal, NGenious Solutions acquires clients in the Legal, Accounting, Healthcare, and Public Sector.
Something Digital is an interactive agency specializing in e-commerce, website design, custom software development, digital marketing, and user experience. The company had been providing Microsoft solutions and services for more than 17 years. Something Digital will continue to operate independently and focus on the non-Microsoft aspects of their business while continuing to support NGenious Solutions through this transition.
This deal was precipitated by mutual awareness, prior collaboration, and common culture between Something Digital and NGenious Solutions. This shared understanding reinforced SD’s comfort with turning loyal clients over to a new organization.
