Leading Athletic Recruiting Firm Recognized for Outstanding Company Culture for Third Year.
- Chicago, IL (1888PressRelease) May 24, 2017 - Next College Student Athlete (NCSA), the largest and most successful collegiate athletic recruiting network that matches high school student-athletes with college coaches, has been named one of the 2017 "Best Places to Work in Illinois" by The Daily Herald Business Ledger and Human Resources Management Association of Chicago (HRMAC) for the third consecutive year.
"We are thrilled to be recognized on this list for the third consecutive year," said Lisa Strasman, NCSA president. "'Team First' is our first core value at NCSA, and we believe that by fostering a great culture, our teammates will be empowered and inspired to bring their best selves to work each day and in turn provide incredible service for the families and coaches we serve!"
In partnership with the Illinois State Chamber of Commerce, the Small Business Advocacy Council, MRA - The Management Association, the Greater Oak Brook Chamber of Commerce, and Best Companies Group, this list identifies employers in Illinois that not only contribute to the local economy, but also focus on creating engaging and healthy workplaces.
Participating companies were divided into three categories; small (15-99 employees), medium (100-499 employees) and large (500+ employees), and assessed through a two-part process. The first part consisted of evaluating each company's workplace policies, practices and demographics. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure employee experience in the company. NCSA ranked in the large-sized category.
Winners will be featured in The Daily Herald Business Ledger on June 26, 2017. For more information on NCSA, visit www.ncsasports.org, or contact David Frank 312-624-7570 or at dfrank ( @ ) ncsasports dot org dot
