Newton Consulting Launches European Subsidiary
Newton Consulting, LLC, a provider of information technology and human resource management consulting services, launched a wholly-owned subsidiary in the United Kingdom. Newton Consulting Europe Limited serves a growing market of clients in the U.K. and Europe.

Newton Consulting Europe Limited was incorporated Feb. 15 to serve a growing market of clients in the U.K. and Europe, as well as to serve the global needs of existing North American clients.

The company's initial plans are to start operations in London, England, and then expand its services to clients throughout Europe. The initiative is being led by Bill Boehner, Newton's vice president of practice operations, with support from Newton's leadership team.
