New York City Marathon Running Legend Featured in New Video on New Jersey Website
As the first cool days of fall arrive, thousands of runners prepare for the NYC Marathon or any number of other fall distance races. There's a new video featuring one of the NY area's all-time great runners. It is both educational and inspiring.

Burns started his running career in the 1940s in New York City and has never considered retiring. Still a fierce competitor and award winner in his age group, Joe Burns has become a running legend in the New York City Metro area. He's also become a bit of a sage, with a wealth of training and racing experience and advice that few coaches or running magazines could ever hope to capture.
