ASPEN 360’s VRC brings just-in-time transformation of hardcopy records. Using a secure Internet browser, clients request documents to be scanned into the VRC’s digital repository for instant viewing. Once loaded into the VRC, images remain available to be accessed at any time from any authorized Internet connection.

Real time reporting features have been added to the VRC 3.0 which provide clients with immediate “self service” functionality. They are able to answer questions such as: How many boxes were added last week, retrieved last quarter, or destroyed last year? Is a particular file offsite, has it been delivered, or has it been sent to the Record Center? The reporting capabilities help clients to avoid unnecessary inquiry charges.
