New study concludes Xlear Nasal Spray Kills and/or Deactivates SARS-CoV-2 with Efficacy against New Variants

“Utah State University and Northwestern University researchers find grapefruit seed extract and xylitol significantly eliminates SARS-CoV-2. The Northwestern - Utah State Study is the newest in a string of studies to conclude that Xlear Nasal Spray is effective against the SARS-CoV-2. In addition to countering SARS-CoV-2, Xlear Nasal Spray is likely effective in preventing the spread of future H1N1 viruses, including the emerging SARS-CoV-2 variants, along with other viral epidemics.
The results showed that after 25 minutes of contact time, the amount of active virus was dramatically reduced by the GSE and had been neutralized by xylitol. Combination therapy with GSE and xylitol may prevent the spread of viral respiratory infections not just for SAR-CoV-2 but also for future H1N1 or other viral epidemics. GSE significantly reduces the viral load while xylitol prevents the virus attachment to the core protein on the cell wall.
The collaborative study concludes: Because there are no risk factors in using the Xylitol and GSE combination therapy, and Xlear Nasal Spray is over the counter available without a prescription and allows for comfortable long-term mask-wearing, adoption of this preventive antiviral therapy should be encouraged.”
