One of the most unique features of this grill is it's portability. It inserts into your 2 inch, class III hitch receiver, and with one touch of a button, it cable raises to the vehicle for hauling anywhere. It doesn't even need a trailer to go to the ball field, camp site, or tailgate. This makes it ideal for use at campgrounds, as well as tailgate parties. The GoGalley is constructed of sturdy steel and is built to be tough and stand up to the wear and tear of being used outside.
The GoGalley is designed to make outdoor cooking much easier by offering three distinct spaces for cooking. The center is a traditional grill space that can hold as many as 30 hamburgers, which saves time when a large crowd is waiting for a meal.
But, on either side of the grill and oven, there are dedicated areas for other forms of cooking. The sides swing open easily to reveal two additional cooking areas. One side is a fully functional smoker that can hold several slabs of ribs. This area can also be used as an oven to bake items such as breads or casseroles.
Meanwhile, the opposite arm of the GoGalley is a boiler that can be used to boil soups, stews, or even use as a stovetop surface for frying.
