New release of ZAP IN 2 on April 2nd includes visitor agreement feature and interface design enhancements

(1888PressRelease) March 22, 2017 - Waterloo, ON. - The new feature allows visitors to be presented with an agreement (i.e. NDA, liability waiver, facilities policy, safety training) prior to granting access to the premises.

This feature supports embedded YouTube video links and diagrams -- together with document version control -- remembering the visitor's most recently signed agreement and only presenting again if modified since the last visit. Then, upon signing out, agreements or exit messaging can also be presented.

Completed agreements are stored for lookup and retrieval. Further, completed agreement documents can be copied via email to legal departments and the visitors themselves for filing and future reference.

We are excited to be able to release this new functionality on April 2nd/2017. At the same time, we will also be introducing a newly enhanced visitor sign in screen - aesthetically designed and easy to use for any visitor. Font type, font size and screen colors can now be customized to reflect all branding identity needs. This new design is certain to leave visitors impressed with the simplicity of signing in while maintaining the privacy of their data. We've also improved our software support by introducing live on screen chat. Simply press the support icon floating on the bottom right corner of the web based dashboard to chat instantly with our support department.

On May 1st, to reflect the new design and improvements, ZAP IN will be changing it's name to iVenuto.
