New Program From TJV Will Expand Your Existing Television 60 Second Commercial Into A 30 Minute Infomercial
The most effective way to make sales on television is with a 30 minute infomercial. Our new process will expand your 60 second commercial into a full infomercial and air it nationally on a JV basis.
- (1888PressRelease) November 15, 2012 - TVJ (www.televisionjointventure.com) announced a program today to take existing short form (60/120 seconds long) television commercials and turn them into a 30 minute infomercial format and then air the infomercial on a joint venture revenue sharing basis.
According to David Walsh from TVJ "We have for a while been taking 60/120 commercials and using a process we have developed at our studios and supplemental footage and turn them into a 30 minute long form infomercial format. Since it has worked so well, we have decided to set up a separate division specifically to convert short forms into infomercials and air them on a revenue sharing basis."
Mr. Walsh Continued" Sometimes really good products do not perform well with a 60/120 second commercial because there is really not enough time to fully explain the offer, and to support it with testimonials (one of the most effective ways of selling on television). It's well known that an infomercial in a 30 minute format provides the best opportunity to sell a product or service- because all the selling points, testimonials, and the offer can be fully explained. Typically the cost of producing an infomercial can be expensive, but with our approach using our clients existing commercial and supplementing it is a fraction of the cost of producing one from scratch."
Mr. Walsh added "Of course the real cost is airing the infomercial and that is where our joint venture program really kicks in. We air the program on a revenue sharing or PI (per inquiry advertising) basis paying the various networks and channels we air on on a per sale basis, not an upfront fee for a half hour of air time with no guarantee anything will sell. Because of the relationships we have with various networks, they are paid only when a sale occurs, it's important for us to make sure the products we air have in our estimation a very good chance of being successful. To ensure that, we have a selective process, the first step being a call to me at 720-891-1804 from product owners who feel their product will sell if it is presented in an infomercial format. "
