New Podcast Studio Shines at the Dallas Cowboys' New Star Facility in Frisco Texas
Dallas Cowboys' football fans have long enjoyed Talkin' Cowboys podcast, The Break, and this season the broadcasters and fans can have a ball in the new podcast set with a football-shaped table and star-clad acoustic and logo walls at The Star in Frisco, Dallas Cowboys World Headquarters.
- (1888PressRelease) October 28, 2016 - Dallas, Texas - Delivering the weekday Dallas Cowboys' news from the new Star facility in Frisco requires a podcast set fit for serious football fans that will also stand out in the distinctive, new 91-acre campus for Dallas Cowboys' headquarters. The centerpiece of "The Break" set comes in the form of a giant football-shaped table complete with an inset power hub for powering devices and anchoring mics. Mecca Design & Production, a custom exhibit fabrication company based in Dallas, Texas, was hired to design and fabricate all of the podcast set components including acoustic walls in Dallas Cowboy colors, a large star logo wall, and the custom football-shaped desk. Mecca has been working with the Dallas Cowboys for years, making broadcast and set elements to enhance their online and on-field presence. The Star campus was completed for the 2016 football season, and "The Break" recently debuted their inaugural broadcast incorporating three cameras for the podcast.
According to Mecca Design's Kenneth Mecca, "We are honored to continue to work with the Dallas Cowboys and help them make The Star a place to feel at home with custom podcast studio elements for 'The Break.'"
