The Reserve is 50 acres and features 130 estate-sized lots next to pristine Del Rey Beach in the northern part of Gearhart. Two golf courses and a nature preserve border the community. It is a few miles away from the neighboring towns of Astoria, Seaside and Cannon Beach.

The Reserve at Gearhart is partnering with efelle media for a new website design in order to update their antiquated site, to increase their exposure online, and to showcase their community and all the great things it has to offer. They would like to be able to show the location and details of each lot, as well as feature virtual tours of the surrounding community and their new spec homes.

The design will be warm, inviting, sophisticated, and robust in features for finding properties. They are then developing the site design for use with their PropertyFusion product, which allows The Reserve to showcase each lot, its location, and the surrounding amenities. PropertyFusion also enables them to attach each listing to one of their realtors.
