In addition, a lavish buffet is laid out every Thursday from 7pm to 11pm. The Seafood Buffet night is the largest seafood buffet in the Northern Emirates for just AED 120 per person. Chef Rosemary's innovative zeal continues to impress diners with her mouth-watering creations for main course. The list includes Salmon Fillet grilled on skin served with a teriyaki sauce, Lobster gratinated with an alcohol-free champagne sabayon, and Sultan Ibrahim in tempura with a Ponzu sauce, besides grilled or fried fish from the catch of the day.
