Pierco Energy is seeking an experienced land management executive. This individual will play an integral role in the Company's development by ensuring that Pierco Energy has obtained the right to drill on various land packages. They will determine land ownership, acquire oil and gas leases, rights of way, surface use agreements and lease documents, as well as ensure all laws and regulations are adhered to and well permitting requirements are met. A bachelor's degree in Energy Management, Business or Law and a minimum of 5 years experience is required. Expertise in title, title opinion analysis and curative preferred. Bakken Shale, BIA (IMDA, Indian/allottee) and Federal experience a plus.
