Joel Confino, M.D. is a Founder of The Eye Care & Surgery Center in New Jersey. He is a graduate of Yale University and earned his medical degree at Albert Einstein School of Medicine in New York. Dr. Confino completed a residency in ophthalmology at Mount Sinai Medical Center as well as a fellowship in Corneal and External Disease at the University of California-San Diego (UCSD). He is certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons. At The Eye Care & Surgery center, Dr. Confino specializes in diseases and surgery of the cornea, laser cataract surgery and advanced technology lens implants, refractive surgery including blade-free LASIK and treatments for dry eyes.

The Eye Care & Surgery Center is staffed by a team of Board Certified, NJ Ophthalmologists, who are subspecialty Fellowship trained New Jersey eye surgeons.
