Mr. Raichle is a civil and marine engineer with nationwide experience in a broad range of waterfront development and maritime projects. His experience includes planning and design of coastal and port structures, sub-aqueous utilities, navigational dredging, and shore protection projects. Well versed in the technical, political, and regulatory specialties that are unique to the process of waterfront development/redevelopment, he has applied these skills repeatedly throughout the U.S. and the Caribbean.
Most recently, he has been a key participant in the response and recovery effort for Superstorm Sandy in the metro New York/New Jersey region. In the days following the storm, Mr. Raichle led emergency response teams throughout the region. In the months since, he has led teams responsible for rebuilding the marinas, boardwalks, and other infrastructure of the Jersey Shore.
