New Hero Recognition Program honors Outstanding National Nursing & Rehab Employees

National Nursing & Rehab recently rolled out a new employee recognition program called the "Somebody Thinks I'm a Hero" program. End Quote

San Antonio, TX (1888PressRelease) March 27, 2014 - This month, National Nursing & Rehab (NNR), a Licensed & Certified Home Health Agency serving Texas, launched an all new employee recognition program titled the "Somebody Thinks I'm a Hero" program.

So, what is a National Nursing & Rehab Hero? An NNR Hero is an employee who consistently lives the NNR Core Values of Compassion, Accountability, Collaboration, Honesty, Innovation, and Service Excellence. President and owner of National Nursing & Rehab stated, "We set high standards for our employees, and those who go above and beyond are heroes to the patients, clients, and communities we serve. The 'Somebody Thinks I'm a Hero" program is designed to honor these employees and provide them with the recognition they deserve."

Heroes may be nominated by either patient testimonials or through employee recognition by teammates for an exceptional job performed. The heroes are then selected by the Administrator/Director and COO. The Heroes are recognized monthly with a video recorded ceremony, a recognition certificate, a "Somebody Thinks I'm a Hero" pin, their photo on the Hero Hall of Fame wall, and on the Hall of Fame landing page on the NNR website.

On Friday, March 21, 2014, National Nursing & Rehab kicked off the "Somebody Thinks I'm a Hero" program by recognizing speech therapist Colleen Gambell for her exceptional hard work and dedication.
