Emergency Medicine Physician Partners is pleased to announce our newest partnership for the provision of emergency department services with Casa Grande Regional Medical Center in Casa Grande, Arizona, effective May 1, 2011.
- (1888PressRelease) May 17, 2011 - Casa Grande Regional Medical Center is a full-service, non-profit, community-owned hospital that provides health care to the Casa Grande Valley of Arizona, an area strategically located at the intersection of two interstate highways (I-8 and I-10) in an area known as Arizona's Golden Corridor. Midway between Phoenix and Tucson, the city of Casa Grande has grown to be the largest community in western Pinal County since its incorporation in 1915 and was named for the famous Hohokam Indian Ruins 20 miles to the northeast.
Casa Grande Regional Medical Center ED has an annual volume of 40,000 visits. The hospital is Joint Commission Accredited and Medicare Certified, providing patient care within its 187 rooms. State of the art procedures and equipment include interventional cardiology; medical imaging featuring PET, High-definition MRI, multi-slice CT, and digital radiology; a Wound Care Center with two hyperbaric oxygen chambers, and an AirEvac helicopter and EMS Base Station. An Urgent Care Center adjoining the campus is open 7 days a week. EMP Partners will provide Board Certified emergency physicians and emergency trained mid-level providers to provide emergency and trauma care 24 hours a day.
