Fun, tough love, boot camp approach about getting over it.
- (1888PressRelease) February 05, 2014 - While breaking up may be hard to do now getting over it doesn't have to be. In her book Get Over It! - The Ultimate Guide to Recovery: Breakup Edition author, B.B. Kyle, takes a lighthearted but tough love approach. This eBook may be trying to keep things humorous but still takes romantic breakup seriously.
"Too many self-help books do nothing more than coddle readers," says Kyle. "This is meant to help readers get stronger during recovery." And this theme will be an ongoing one since Get Over It! - The Ultimate Guide to Recovery: Breakup Edition is just the first in a series of Get Over It! books. Readers will enjoy the format each one follows that even includes a closing section of 30 day devotionals meant to encourage readers to grow each day.
B.B. Kyle is an already established and award-winning writer who pens fiction under a different name. Her intention in using a different name is to create separation between her published fiction and the non-fictions works from Get Over It! books. As a psychology student working towards her Masters degree, she found herself constantly being asked for advice.
"It was always honest and not always what people wanted to hear. Yet it was actually getting results," Kyle explains. Some of what this guidebook includes are tips on avoiding toxic habits and friends during a breakup. There are true stories from a his and her perspective meant to remind readers they are not alone; plenty of people have survived romantic breakups. There are even fun tips to help with recovery and a brainstorming activity intended to help readers move forward.
The purpose of this and other upcoming Get Over It! books is to feel better and heal while getting tougher along the way. Other book topics to be added, aside from this initial romantic breakup recovery, are adult bullying, addiction recovery, coping with death and more. Author B.B. Kyle hopes this new approach to dealing with life's obstacles will help empower people instead of encouraging them to continue to accept being frail, weak and depressed.
"It's a bit of a boot camp approach to recovery," admits Kyle. "There is still plenty of room to be sad, to feel vulnerable and to just give in to falling apart. But this is about picking up the pieces after that, getting back in the game and being at the top of your game." The author hopes to have following recovery books out within a matter of months. This title is available through Amazon for Kindle.
