New Designers To Compete In London For 2nd Annual Emerging Trends Fashion Challenge Synergy Events To Host Design Challenge In London
This year, The SYNERGY Events is once again presenting unknown designers the opportunity to create new looks to be showcased in one of the most trendy and fashion capitals of the world, London.
- (1888PressRelease) May 09, 2013 - The SYNERGY Events, a Boston - USA based company that constantly redefines what is vogue and refined through its high-end events announced their plans for the 2nd Annual new designers' challenge.
fashion designers hosted at the Radisson Blu Portman Hotel London, 22 Portman Square on Friday 13th of September, 2013 during London Fashion Week. The company has hosted four Emerging Trends fashion shows during Boston Fashion Week in the past, each one showcasing designers from all over the globe, from Iceland to China and everything in between. Last year, in July of 2012 the SYNERGY Events and HYPE Fashions collaborated to host its first Emerging Trends Fashion Challenge in Paris, France. The winner of the challenge, Christine Manthey, received prizes worth over $10,000USD which included an opportunity to present her collection at the 2012 Boston Fashion Week- The Emerging Trends show as a featured designer.

The contest will include three rounds; first, the chosen contestants will show their take on classic trends; second, ten remaining contestants will demonstrate their understanding of current trends with three looks; third, the final five contestants will show five looks that show their understanding and knowledge of future trends. The winning designer will be chosen based on overall design ability and creativity, as well as a live interview in front of the judges.
The winning designer will receive a prize worth over $10,000, including a customized video shoot with hair and makeup to launch designer's full line with a video look book, a 2 hour marketing consultation by an established designer, an introduction to over 300 worldwide boutiques with designer's look book, a professionally written press release for the designers and press reach out, and major PR for 30 days post the event where we will help the winning designer put their line in at least 2-3 magazines and a number of blogs.The winner will also receive the opportunity to showcase the full line at no cost at either Western Canada Fashion Week, San Diego Fashion Week or Boston Fashion Week in the Fall 2013.
