New Award category to recognize CIOs for Cloud and Security Implementation
Online technology portal, CIOL and technology journal, Dataquest to honor 10 CIOs with C-Change Enterprise Awards 2011.
- (1888PressRelease) August 05, 2011 - India's leading technology portal for the IT CIOs ICT community, CIOL, (www.ciol.com) in association with Dataquest, India's most respected IT journal has announced C-Change Enterprise Awards 2011 to recognize pioneering work by Indian Chief Information Officers (CIOs) from medium and large enterprises.
Instituted in 2004, these awards carry forward the CIOL vision to super-power the CIOs as also to recognize their leadership qualities, pioneering and innovative efforts to derive benefits for their organizations by interplay of business and technology.
The Top 3 CIOs from above Rs:1000 Crore turnover and below Rs:1000 Crore turnover will be awarded the Champion CIO, Gold CIO and Silver CIO honour.
Apart from these, CIOs can nominate themselves for individual awards for demonstrating Innovative spirit, implementation of Security and Cloud technologies and Project Management and Project Excellence.
C-Change Enterprise Awards are the only awards dedicated to industry CIOs that focuses on close alignment of it with Business.
Filled in questionnaire have been evaluated by a 7-member jury that includes Mr. Ashok Soota, Founder, Happy Minds Inc, Shobana Ravi, CIO, Tafe, Nilesh Sangoi, CIO, Meru cabs--Champion CIOs award winners of 2010. Leading consulting firm KPMG is the knowledge partner for 2011 awards and will be represented on the jury by their Director IT, Mr. Subrata Banerjea.
The awards will be presented on August 19, 2011.
The last date for registering for participation is August 15th 2011.
