AGV Solutions is a collaboration between AGVE, a Swedish AGV system supplier, and AGV Solutions founder and president Mats Herrstromer, who has more than 35 years experience in the AGV industry in Europe and North America. Herrstromer had been president of AGV Products for more than 20 years when HK Systems acquired the company in 2008. HK Systems ownership subsequently passed to Dematic in 2010.
