Network Marketing Giants WorldVentures and Numis Announce Merger
World Ventures and Numis, two network marketing industry leaders have decided to join forces. Find out what motivating factors led to this decision.

For a large part of the year, network marketers, direct sales marketers, and home-based entrepreneurs have heard industry buzz that WorldVentures and Numis were planning a merge. Approximately 7 days ago, the company confirmed those rumors when they announced the merge.
Why The Merge?
Although WorldVentures was a successful business, in the spirit of strong executives, they wanted to add an extension the business model "to keep things fresh and exciting." They began looking at other companies in the network marketing community for the possibility of a merger; and, in a short period of time, their sites were set on Numis. This seemed to be an obvious company to approach because, as Numis executives stated, "the Numis culture is built around incentive trips."
WorldVenture executives and Numis executives met in a private meeting and discussed the possibilities of private labeling the Dream Trips Life Membership under the Numis name. Numis executive, Dan, declined. The two powerhouse teams continued to negotiate and throw ideas around and came up with the idea of a merger taking on the WorldVenture name.
WorldVenture History
WorldVentures launched in December 2005. It is headed by, Wayne Nugent, Mike Azcue, and Dan Stammen. From its inception, the model has been to provide dream vacations to people with ordinary income. The company started by offering 10 dream vacations. Today it offers over 300 dream vacations for you to travel by yourself; or, if you wish to travel in a group, that option is available also.

Numis History
Numis is headed by three executives, Ian Cordell, Jake Kevorkian, and Chris Kent. They formed the company in response to the market crash of 2008. Their goal was to form a company that would focus on helping individuals once again achieve a state of financial health and well being.
