Netmagic will offer Compuware APM® products-Gomez-to its customers in a pay-as-you-use service model as part of the company's existing Managed Services Portfolio (MSP) offerings.
Compuware Gomez®, the recognized industry standard for measuring performance, provides a comprehensive set of web and mobile performance metrics that will help Netmagic improve the performance and availability of mission-critical applications of its hosted client base. With the ability to monitor user performance across the entire application delivery chain, Netmagic will now be able to help enterprises track end-user experience, measure application performance and baseline performance over time. The WebSmart service will also help identify application performance problems and proactively resolve performance issues.
