Neill Walker returns the hospitality industry after a short break to retrain
As the saying goes once you become involved in the hospitality industry you will never leave it.
- (1888PressRelease) December 17, 2016 - London - Neill Walker who has over 10 year within the industry is making a move back with his new company Neill Walker Ltd after a brief spell out to retrain.
In the summer of 2016 Neill Walker had a breakthrough - he retrained with the Robbins Madanes Training team in the US. Neill became a Strategic Interventionist and Coach following his course with Mark Peysha. Neill explained "training with Mark was life changing not just because Mark is a leader in his industry but because the programme has been developed in conjunction with the world number 1 coach Tony Robbins."
In addition to his 10 years in hospitality Neill has nearly 20 years' experience at a senior level primarily in Sales and Marketing working in the UK, Europe, US and Fareast.
Neill explained "Once I completed my training I realised that I had a great deal to give back and started to develop several different training programmes from the knowledge I had received and experience gained. One of my first courses was focused on how business can take advantage of the Six Human Needs; how by understanding them you can make yourself a magnet to your market, have incredible success and do it at speeds not seen before."
One of Neills clients was keen to exploit the Six Human Needs however they wanted more from him so he created RPM the Rapid Planning Method for this busy and successful Independent restaurant. The course was a huge success, not just on the day but the results the restaurant started to see in revenue and from the team's perspective. The staff's performance massively increased, the speed at which tasks were completed were reduced by two thirds, productivity rates went through the roof.
Neill knew he had stumbled upon a great tool for the hospitality industry and spoke with many of his contacts within the industry from General Manager, Operations, Front of house, Restaurants, Bars, Retailers who all said yes this is needed and from a trainer who knows the industry.
