During a session the collaboration can be enhanced with the sharing of documents or spreadsheets to improve decision making.
No business wants to receive a large Carrier bill as a result of Hackers using their telephony system to route a high volume of international calls. The SL1100 R7 has an application known as Toll Fraud Guard that can be configured to early warn the business of possible Toll Fraud activity and provide them with the ability to take blocking actions.
