NCQC Enhances Instrument Calibration Services and Successfully Passes NABL Assessment for Enhanced Scope
NCQC improves instrument calibration services and passes the NABL evaluation for an expanded scope.
- (1888PressRelease) June 30, 2023 - National Centre for Quality Calibration (NCQC), a leading NABL-accredited calibration laboratory in Ahmedabad (India) has recently enhanced its instrument calibration services by adding seven instruments in its existing range of calibration services and successfully passed through the NABL assessment for the enhancement in its scope of accreditation. The new scope of accreditation includes calibration of Viscometer (capillary glass) constant, pH Meter, Conductivity Meter, Digital Extensometer, Hole Test (2-point & 3-point) Micrometer, Parallel blocks and Comparator stand, among others. The accreditation audit of NCQC’s Ahmedabad based calibration laboratory was conducted in March 2023 by a team of National Accreditation Board of Laboratory (NABL) Assessors. The NABL accreditation certificate of NCQC is now valid till April 10, 2025.
In the past 25 years, NCQC has continuously enhanced its capability in terms of expanding calibration services by acquiring a wide range of master instruments, competent personnel and other necessary resources and got NABL accreditation extended every two years in accordance with the current version of ISO/IEC 17025 Standard. Currently, NCQC is providing instrument calibration services in the mechanical, electro-technical, pressure and vacuum, mass and balances, volume, dimensional, fluid flow, force and torque, time, and thermal disciplines, including specialized equipment used for humidity, noise, airflow, lux, revolution measurement, analytical instrument and many other specialized instruments in all ranges.
As one of the best NABL-accredited calibration laboratories in India, NCQC has upheld its reputation by adhering to all NABL standards for instrument calibration in the mechanical, electro-technical, fluid flow and thermal disciplines areas.
