NatWest appoints new Local CEO for Cheltenham and Gloucester
Lemara Hibbert has been appointed as NatWest's new local CEO for Cheltenham, Gloucester and the surrounding area. Her role will see her leading the teams working in the NatWest branches in the area, ensuring that they meet their NatWest Customer Charter commitments and bring to life the bank's 'Helpful Banking' pledge.
- (1888PressRelease) January 06, 2012 - Lemara, who lives in Cheltenham, has worked for NatWest for nine years. She brings with her a wealth of experience of working in, and managing, branches in the area to ensure that they delivered excellent customer service.
Commenting on her new appointment, Lemara Hibbert said: "I'm delighted to be leading a team who are so committed to being at the heart of the communities which they serve, and who have already inspired me with their dedication to providing the outstanding service that all our customers deserve. Our Customer Charter and Helpful Banking pledges are serious commitments full of the things that our customers have told us are important. As a result my No.1 priority is to work with my team to bring this to life. I don't want anyone in the area to have any hesitation in seeing NatWest as the obvious choice for all their banking needs, and if they do, I want to know why, so that I can put it right."
Lemara is married with a step daughter who goes to school in Cheltenham. She enjoys various hobbies including travelling, going to the gym and spending time with her friends and family. Along with her husband she is also a keen charity fundraiser.
