Final Round was an online presentation round which was moderated by V.P. Learning Of FIE, Mrs. Rajni Khosla.
Participants of Team SKY Rahul Chaudhary, Gagandeep Singh, Aishik Bannerjee, Amay Agarwal, Chinmay Bhavke, Shreya Ghosh, N Praveen Ram & Naseef Nazar Nalakhat, Online presented their Business Case solution. Research content and expansion strategy of Team SKY was well appreciated by panel members.
Team Air was declared the winner of the competition. participants of Team Air were Soumyajit Ghosh, Nighetha P., Prakhar Kishore, Shruti RK, Yash Garg, Archita S, Kush Malukani & Meenakshi Goyal. Team Air Earned panels applause for their Enthusiasm, Groundwork, & practical approach of their solution.
The Esteemed Panel consisted of Dr. Prof. Saroj Kumar Datta. Ms. Ritu Masand, Mr. Pankaj Narang, Dr.Prof. Sandeep Sharma, Mr. Ripudaman Gaur, Mr. Suresh More, Mr. Prasanta Bhttacharya, Mr. Amit Shrivastava, etc. Panel Has asked several practical questions and guided the participants as well.
The Federation of Industrial Education organizes the National Management Olympiad every year, which is a 64 days annual competition, by participating in this Olympiad, participants get a chance to be part of a unique learning process through a virtual company-team, after a national-level selection process. These Virtual companies work on given business case scenarios which induces them to find new solution thinking, to understand various problems in a better way & to work as an efficient team member.
Various participants of previous and current sessions have expressed that National Management Olympiad gives them a unique learning process, A real-world peer-to-peer learning environment, and support to come out of comfort zones and experience the Corporate world even before joining a company.
