National Association of Distinguished Professionals Selects John Chen, PhD as an Executive Member of the Executive and Professional Online Registry
John Chen, PhD, Associate Director of Regeneration Pharmaceutical, has been selected as an Executive of the Year Member of the National Association of Distinguished Professionals.

John Chen, PhD began his career working for a small sized biotech company locally in Pennsylvania in 2002. It was his first job after earning his PhD that same year. From there he applied what he had learned from graduate school to his work, laying the grounds for a wonderful career in pharmaceuticals.
As associate director, Mr. Chen does investigations of any deviations that occur in manufacturing of drug substances, ensures quality of raw materials for cGMP compliance, and leads/manages a technical team for scientific study. His managerial and people skills, coupled with his integration of bio-process development and cGMP experience, all contribute to his successes in his position.
"I have a great passion for my work and a huge sense of curiosity for science," Mr. Chen admits. "Improving the life quality of patients is also very motivating for me."
Holding a PhD in Biochemical Engineering from the University of Akron, Mr. Chen is also active with American Institute of Chemical Engineers and American Chemical Society. He looks forward to challenging current technology for innovative ideas that yield better results. He also aspires to fully integrate knowledge and technology for high quality medicines and pursue new ways to manufacture medicines that benefit all patients.
Mr. Chen earned a CEO Award under the category of Innovation in 2010. He is also a two-time winner of the Extra Effort Award.
