National Association of Distinguished Professionals Selects Thomas A. Lloyd as an Executive Member of the Executive and Professional Online Registry
Thomas A. Lloyd, LeadTag Team Manager of Century Interactive, has been selected as an Executive of the Year Member of the National Association of Distinguished Professionals.

Since January 2015, Thomas A. Lloyd has been working in Dallas, Texas as a team manager for a technology company called Century Interactive, working with a new division in the company called LeadTag their call center. As the call center leader, Mr. Lloyd is currently helping in the coordination launching the new South Dallas LeadTag office and has established local recruiting networks for LeadTag independent contractors. He is currently facilitating the process of prospecting, recruiting, hiring, and training South Dallas LeadTag agents, also responsible for developing a strong presence with the South Dallas community by identifying and building relationships with key leaders within the community, and serves as a mentor and motivator for incoming agents, as well as lead teams to accomplish goals for clients.
"I have a passion for people and leadership," Mr. Lloyd said. "It's important to network with the right people, be able to take a complex situation and simplify it into a solution, be good at managing people, and in analyzing opportunities."
Aspiring to work as a clevel executive in a fun and exciting company in the future, Mr. Lloyd has his sights set high. He'd also love the opportunity to found a nonprofit organization that focuses on mentoring young adults and train them on how to become leaders in life.
Holding a BS in Marketing and Management from Fordham University and currently working on an MBA at The University of Dallas, Mr. Lloyd earned a 2012 Danowski Award, which is given to the senior football player each year at Fordham, who displays leadership. He was also a 2012 Student Leadership and Community Development nominee, and was a 2015 recipient of a Graduate Merit Scholarship at The University of Dallas. Back in 2008, a book was written about Mr. Lloyd, entitled 'TLloyd in the Trenches', which spoke about Thomas, who had just made the varsity football team as a freshman lineman, and his family being from New Orleans, but everything changed in 2005 when Hurricane Katrina struck and his family was left devastated.
