National Association of Distinguished Professionals Selects David Blount as an Executive Member of the Executive and Professional Online Registry

Boasting over 30 years of experience in sales and marketing, David Blount has been providing franchise brokerage services and business development for small and medium sized businesses to clients since November 2013 as the President and CEO of Eclectic Franchise Solutions.
"Our primary goal is to assist aspiring entrepreneurs achieve their dream of owning a successful business. Eclectic Franchise Solutions has offices in Newark, NJ; Wilmington, NC; and Atlanta, GA. We provide services to clients throughout the US and internationally," Mr. Blount said.
Mr. Blount holds a BS in Personnel Management and an MA in Human Technology, both from American International College. His skills in team leadership, interpersonal, analytical, problem solving, program development, and financial selling and solution selling skills sets him apart from the rest.
Throughout Mr. Blount's career he has received numerous accolades including a Citizen's Award, Outstanding Young Man of the Year Award, Central Ward Community Service Award, University Heights Science Park Residents Inc. Community Service Award, numerous professional accommodations including the Sprint President's Award, an MLK Community Achievement Award, was a candidate for Mayor of Newark, New Jersey, an honorary vice-chair for Mayor Elect Cory Booker's transition team, was the recipient of a Marion P. Thomas Charter School 10 Year Service Award, was a candidate for councilman-at-large for Newark, New Jersey, and earned a Marion P. Thomas Charter School Fathers for Our Children Award. He has also been very active within his community as part of the Boys and Girls Club Entrepreneurs Program, University Heights Science Park Residents, Inc., Central Ward Economic Development Corporation, and as a summer league basketball coach, to name a few. Born in Newark, New Jersey, Mr. Blount is married to Dr. Sharon Johnson Blount, and together they have one son (David Jr.), who is currently a sophomore at Morehouse College in Atlanta, Georgia.
