National Association of Distinguished Professionals Selects Phillip Tyler as a Professional Member of the Executive and Professional Online Registry

The selection recognizes Phillip Tyler's commitment to excellence in Consulting Services.
Phillip Tyler began his business after being exposed to the concepts of improving trust and relationships through better communication. Several years ago, he took a course that influenced him to sign on as a resource partner for Influential Partners©. After partnering with them, he decided to launch his own benefit-based business to share curriculum and help build and improve relationships, both professionally and personally, thus making the world a better place.
"I promote and conduct the actual facilitations of the communication/relationship building classes," Mr. Tyler said about his role as president of his consulting business. "This hands-on, personalized approach allows me to connect better with my clients and serves to build lasting relationships. I meet with clients and help to assess the areas of need for communication growth and any gaps in trust. I also assist companies with on-boarding of newly promoted staff and executive coaching."
Beginning his career in the US Air Force as a sergeant and then staff sergeant in charge of various entities, Mr. Tyler has continued to perform in leadership and mentoring roles, has dealt with diverse staff, internal and external stakeholders, and organizational issues throughout his career.
Having always looked to history to help guide him forward, Mr. Tyler has utilized various motivational quotes, one being, 'One does not fight to influence change and then leave the change for someone else to bring about'. Hoping to return to school and expand his consulting business, Mr. Tyler would like to move the curriculum of respect, empathy, specificity, and genuineness into the school system so that children and future leaders will leave with the necessary communication skills to benefit them in both their professional endeavors and their personal lives. He also aspires to become a motivational speaker for future leaders.
Mr. Tyler has earned numerous accolades throughout his military career, including a Provost Marshall Award. During his tenure with the Spokane Sheriff's Office-Jail Division, he was the first African American to be promoted to sergeant and lieutenant. He was also the recipient of the Trilogy Award from FBI-LEEDA and was the first 'member spotlight' for the FBI-LEEDA Insighter magazine.
