Beginning his career in December 1980, Harry Patel formed his business, HPPS, LLC & Financial, Management & Tax Services in 1988. Serving clients in a variety of capacities concerning their many tax accounting needs, such as corporate tax accounting, estate and tax planning, financial-forensic-auditing, corporate tax compliance, tax audit representation, and business operations, HPPS specializes in financial forensics (IRS tax problem resolution).

Mr. Patel holds a Master's Degree in Accounting & Tax Law from the University of India. He is a certified fraud examiner of 21 years, a certified board advisor, Chartered Certified Forensic Accountant, a licensed enrolled agent, registered accredited tax preparer, qualified EDPNA, registered accredited disability representative, and certified foreign legal consultant. He is a member of numerous organizations, including the American Institute of CPA's, American Bar Association-Taxation, Federal Bar Association, The College of The State Bar of Texas, Texas District and County Attorneys Association, The Institute of Internal Auditor, National Society of Accountants, National Association of Enrolled Agents, National Association of Tax Professionals, Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, American College of Forensic Examiners Institute, Association of Chartered Certified Forensic Accountants, Financial Planning Association, International Association for Financial Planning, Institute for Business Financial & Estate Planning (Charter Member), American Association of Attorney-CPA, National Association of Disability Representatives, National Organization of Social Security Claimants Representatives, and National Association of Disability Examiners, and is a past member of Institute of Management Accountants and American Management Association. Mr. Patel received a corporate board advisor Community Business Award as well for his work.
