National Association of Distinguished Professionals Selects Robert Melter as an Honored Member of the Executive and Professional Online Registry

- Omaha, NE-IA (1888PressRelease) November 12, 2014 - Robert Melter, Administrative Services Manager for Realcorp, Inc., has been selected as an Honored Member of the National Association of Distinguished Professionals.
Robert Melter first began his career in administration while serving in the US Navy beginning in June 1994 at just 17-years-old. Completing 20 years of service, he retired on June 30, 2014 as a senior enlisted adviser operating a staff of 20 members responsible for over 300 sailors.
Now, as an administrative services manager for Realcorp, Inc., Mr. Melter is very customer service driven. Taking extreme pride in knowing that clients are being treated with professionalism and with their best interest in mind, he is learning all the ins and outs of his position thanks to two great mentors.
"The great opportunity I have been given here at Realcorp, as well as the flexibility to do things outside the normal routine to bring a fresh, new way of business mentality is really exciting," Mr. Melter said.
Having made multiple deployments throughout his time served in the US Navy, including to Afghanistan, which ended in June 2011, Mr. Melter is now focusing on his family and children.
Mr. Melter earned his Associate's Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Criminal Justice at Coastline Community College in 2008. He also earned his apprenticeship in Office Management and Business Administration from the United States Military Apprenticeship Program in November 2011. Currently attending Bellevue University to pursue his Bachelor's Degree in Business Management so that he can hopefully, in time, fulfill the position of vice-president of operations within his organization. He also earned a Navy Commendation Medal, Army Commendation Medal, Joint-Service Achievement Medal, and a Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal (seven awards), in addition to numerous other accolades.
