Richard Guerrero began his career in 1990 with Century Computer Marketing in Marina Del Rey, California, quickly advancing from purchasing to sales. Exceling in effectively being able to create sales through the means of parts kitting, part number allocation cost analysis, and strategic purchasing, while maintaining a professional relationship with key customers, suppliers, and strategic partners. Since that time, he's worked for two other companies, Data Exchange and Computer Parts Warehouse before founding FPS, Inc.
As VP of his organization, Mr. Guerrero is responsible for the founding, direction, marketing, sales, branding, program management, customer relations, trending, strategic partner relationships, budget/planning, forecasting, and maintaining a healthy set of realistic short- and long-term target goals.
"Listening to others, asking questions, and finding solutions are still very relevant to my success," Mr. Guerrero said. "Achieving a healthy infrastructure by the means of working with equally driven team players is crucial to well-being of FPS."
