National Association of Distinguished Professionals Selects Fred Yonker as an Honored Member of the Executive and Professional Online Registry

Fred Yonker began his career in banking and commercial lending approximately six years ago after earning his undergrad degree and spending five years working for a large, family owned, truck dealership group. Following in the footsteps of his father, who spent more than 40 years in the industry, Mr. Yonker entered the financial world earning the opportunity to work for a bank that viewed his management experience as an asset to the business.
Now doing commercial and industrial loan origination, as well as client and portfolio management, Mr. Yonker is developing meaningful and lasting relationships with clients that lead to mutually beneficial results. As the bank's VP of commercial lending, he attributes much of his success today to his many years of trial and error in his former management and sales roles.
"Many of the clients I work with started with a dream and an idea and have battled many obstacles to achieve their goals," Mr. Yonker said. "Business owners are the backbone of our economy and I consider myself very blessed to be a part of their journey to realizing their dreams."
Mr. Yonker hopes to continue in his journey, learning about the many exciting areas the banking industry has to offer him professionally. He also hopes to help his wife realize her dream, which includes opening her own dance studio in the near future.
A graduate of Benedictine College with a BS in Finance, Mr. Yonker also holds an MBA from Baker University. He was named a 5-Star Banker for three out of four quarters in 2013 from Bank of America, a Best in Class for sales and performance 11 times, and a Best in Class for Customer Service 13 times.
