Kondal Kandregula began working in information technology over 16 years ago, and has since founded his own independent consulting firm in 2012 and his business, ITBM Consulting Inc. in 2013. ITBM Consulting provides business technology solutions, as well as management consulting and technology staffing services with very competitive pricing to that of Big 4 and other consulting companies. As president and CEO, Mr. Kandregula is responsible for sales, business development, and overall operations of the company. He is also responsible for technology staffing services to help client talent and contingent staffing needs.

With all of his experience, his firm is able to bring new perspectives to solve client problems by utilizing a "bird's eye view" as well as the many nuts and bolts abilities. They are completely delivery focused and handle every opportunity with a service-centric mindset.

A member of CompTia, Mr. Kandregula earned his BS in Engineering from Andhra University and his MS in Technology from Indian Institute of Technology. He holds the following certifications: project management professional (PMP); information technology infrastructure library (ITIL); six sigma lean/DFSS green belt; scrum master (SCM); scrum product owner (SCPO).
