National Association of Distinguished Professionals Selects Terris R. Moss as an Honored Member of the Executive and Professional Online Registry

- Trenton-Ewing, NJ (1888PressRelease) August 02, 2014 - Terris R. Moss, Owner and Chief Executive Officer of Management of Scope and Schedules (MOSS) Consulting, LLC, has been selected as an Honored Member of the National Association of Distinguished Professionals.
Terris R. Moss created her business in 2004 after years of working in his field providing program management and consultant services in healthcare for developing and managing programs with integrated project timelines within scope, budget, and quality.
MOSS Consulting, LLC focuses on assisting customers with entire rollout or phases of small and large scaled projects. Their industry experienced project managers are trained to guide project coordination, communication, and project budget management to assure customers' projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
"At a very early age I knew I would be an entrepreneur and the business I would choose would be one that empower others," Ms. Moss stated. "Managing moving pieces is an innate skill and I am gifted at breaking down projects into mini pieces and discerning how to manage those pieces independencies. This different view gives me the foresight to anticipate and mitigate risks before they jeopardize deadlines."
Ms. Moss is also an adjunct college professor teaching Clinical Research at a very prestigious university in Washington, DC and a professional mentor to mid-career adults returning to college. She also implements health services programs for a chief medical officer at a managed care organization in New Jersey.
With the anticipation of completing his PhD at Rutgers University soon, Ms. Moss hopes to expand her consulting business into professional development/mentoring, healthcare recruiting, and publishing. She is also interested in publishing a series of audio books, with the first entitled 'Online Learning - Is it Right for You?', which will provide guidance on choosing an online school and will include an assessment to help if online learning is the right path for that particular person.
Ms. Moss has been published in 'Advances in Diabetes and Metabolism' for her paper, called 'The Impact of Health Literacy on Clinical Outcomes for Adults with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus'. The paper is in her effort to improve diabetic outcomes in patients with low health literacy. She was inducted into the Alpha Eta Honor Society through The George Washington University for his academic performance, leadership, professional development, and commitment during the course of the Clinical Research Leadership Program.
A certified project management professional through Project Management Institute, Ms. Moss also holds a certification in healthcare quality through George Washington University. She has a BA in Communications from Douglass College-Rutgers University, an MBA in Business from Kennedy Western University, and an MS in Clinical Research Administration from The George Washington School of Medicine and Health Sciences.
