National Association of Distinguished Professionals Selects James "Jim" Judge as an Honored Member of the Executive and Professional Online Registry

- Cheyenne, WY (1888PressRelease) August 01, 2014 - James "Jim" Judge, Owner of Judge Consulting, has been selected as an Honored Member of the National Association of Distinguished Professionals. The selection recognizes James "Jim" Judge's commitment to excellence in Quality Assurance Consulting.
James "Jim" Judge began his career in the early 1970's first with Chevron Oil Company as a geological assistant assigned to run an experimental gas chromatograph. Upon his return from the US Army after serving for four years, he continued as a geological assistant before finding himself in charge of the micrographics operation for Chevron.
Throughout the rest of Mr. Judge's career, he worked for EG&G at the Idaho National Engineering Laboratory, where he took over the micrographics operation, then for Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory (LLNL) developing camera systems and film processing systems before becoming their operations manager of their hazardous waste facilities, and finally as their quality assurance manager.
Now embarking on a new career as a quality consultant for his own business, Mr. Judge will examine the working processes for various companies, ensuring that they perform their processes in accordance with whatever accrediting body they are registered with. He will also assess them against the accreditation they hold, and if there are possible quality improvements, these items will be presented to his clients.
"I have dealt with numerous quality issues," Mr. Judge said while working for nine years with LLNL and for five years with Energy Laboratories in quality assurance roles. "As I came to understand that my services were of extreme value to those organizations, I was inspired to continue my self-education in numerous aspects of quality assurance."
Mr. Judge believes that there are a number of organizations, certified and not, that can profit enormously by having a quality assurance assessment completed. Looking forward to his years ahead in the business, Mr. Judge is eager to begin working for various companies of all sizes.
Mr. Judge holds a BA with Honors from St. Mary's College, followed by an MS in Quality Assurance from California State University. He is a member of Phi Kappa Phi and American Society for Quality Assurance.
