National Association of Distinguished Professionals Selects Adam Rusciolelli as an Honored Member of the Executive and Professional Online Registry
Adam Rusciolelli, recently named Vice-President of Product Development for Spectrum Technologies, has been selected as an Honored Member of the National Association of Distinguished Professionals. The selection recognizes Adam Rusciolelli's commitment to excellence in Agriculture.
- Chicago, IL (1888PressRelease) February 07, 2014 - Adam Rusciolelli, who holds an MBA in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from the University of Chicago, first got started in his field in 2003 working as a system engineer for Goodrich Corporation (now UTC Aerospace Systems) in a new division focused on aircraft brake control systems. He also worked for Caterpillar and CNH Industrial in the areas of engineering, product development, procurement, and marketing before landing his current position as vice-president of product development with Spectrum Technologies in 2013.
In his current role, Mr. Rusciolelli is responsible for all product development activities. He has a team of product managers, engineers, and software developers who own the entire lifecycle of a product, from business case exploration through development and, ultimately, delivery to market. Their products focus on affordable plant and environmental monitoring technologies, which help researchers and growers in the agriculture and turf industries use objective measurements to make better decisions related to inputs such as fertilizer, pesticides, and irrigation. Currently, Mr. Rusciolelli is working to shift their development focus to mobile devices as well as include more web-based tools and utilities that help users analyze data from their operation.

Having gained knowledge and expertise in the technology sector and the various applications to the machinery and agriculture industry, specifically on the implementation of wireless technology, GPS/GNSS, and monitoring and controls systems within agriculture, Mr. Rusciolelli hopes to continue leading teams who transform the vision of a product or service into tangible solutions that make an impact on customers lives and businesses. He also aspires to positively influence young professionals through mentorships and by way of example to help them develop and grow their leadership skills.
