Moore, who holds a BA in Marketing from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, is a certified CSSS Agent, certified SFR Agent, and licensed real estate agent in the states of Florida, North Carolina, and South Carolina. He began working in real estate in 2004 for a large land developer before branching off on his own in 2008 to form his own real estate investment firm in Charlotte, North Carolina, as well as a real estate brokerage.
Today, Mr. Moore owns several real estate businesses designed to provide both active and passive income. As owner of Pike Properties, his primary focus over the past six years has been to revitalize Charlotte, North Carolina, one renovation at a time. More specifically, the most recent two years has included added focus to coaching other small business professionals to grow their business and achieve personal independence to fulfill their dreams of entrepreneurial-ship. With his local business, he oversees the acquisition of real estate and continues company growth by raising private capital.
"My father, who is no longer with us, was my inspiration to push myself to that next level and become what he has always envisioned I would be," Mr. Moore said about his good fortune in business. "Today, my 'why' has not changed, but rather morphed into being the best possible father figure I can be for my son."
Also giving credit to several mentors along the way who have taught him the business, he and his team's strong management, sales, and marketing backgrounds has helped to separate themselves from the competition relatively quickly.
Noting that fear is the number one most common barrier when it comes to success, Mr. Moore's goal is to help more people to understand how to overcome those fears and inhibitions to get to the root cause of it and be able to release those feelings to create positive change. Currently, he is studying Reiki to be able to help his students better release these emotional burdens.
A current and active member of National Association of Realtors, Charlotte Real Estate Investment Association, and head coach for FortuneBuilders Real Estate mentoring program, Mr. Moore also holds several certifications in addition to those related to real estate, including a licensed personal trainer and certified practitioner of neuro-linguistic programming. He is also the recipient of numerous awards, including being named Educator of the Year in 2013 by FortuneBuilders, earning a Rising Star Award in 2007, and hitting the $30 million mark in sales in under two years.
