He has brought back American products to spread American pop culture in his home country and this eye-opening experience quickly became the inspiration and base for his global business. He had run his small online store until his passion for higher education took over.
As CEO of his business, it is Mr. Ohtsuki's responsibility to earn customer loyalty by breaking the cultural barrier and helping clients build and maintain better relationships with global Chinese and Japanese customers because without strong relationships with the customers, survival of business becomes at stake in today's competitive global marketplaces. By managing global social media platforms and focusing on the company's unique micromarketing theory, the "URL" theory, which stands for "uniqueness", "relationships", and "lasting" success, and redesigning clients' unique identity in creative work, he believes in finding the uniqueness of his clients in their industries and changing his approach based on who the customer is and where they are from.

One of his biggest accomplishments thus far include helping a local client in a manufacturing business build a relationship with a few large clients and they are to receive a total of over $2 million in sales for the 2014 fiscal year.
