LMS2004 and Visual Manifest 2004 are authoring tools compatible with SCORM 2004. They simplify the process of creating and testing SCORM compatible courses.

Visual Manifest 2004 relieves content developers from learning SCORM technical terms and allows them to focus only on developing their own material. Tasks like adding sequencing and rollup rules have become as easy as clicking your mouse button.
Content developers usually face the problem of testing and debugging their courses before they upload them to their LMS. This is no longer a problem with LMS2004 which gives content developers the chance to test and debug their courses. They can see the communication between their material and LMS2004. Results of API calls like SetValue and GetValue can be monitored on screen while the course is interacting with LMS2004.
