Ribfest announces the Academy of Country Music 2014 Vocal Group of the Year winner The Band Perry will headline on July 5th.

The Band Perry has achieved both massive mainstream success and major critical acclaim since delivering their platinum self-titled debut. Introducing the sibling trio as a powerful new force on the country scene, 2010's The Band Perry offered up five hit singles, including the quintuple-platinum chart-topper "If I Die Young" and other platinum hits - the #1 "All Your Life" and "You Lie" - as well as "Hip to My Heart" and "Postcard from Paris." The 28th Naperville Ribfest will be held July 2 - 5, 2014, in Knoch Park in central Naperville. Ribfest consists of family activities, award-winning rib vendors from across the country, carnival rides, and crowd-pleasing musical entertainment. Ribfest is run by the 140+ members of the Exchange Club in cooperation with its partners including the City of Naperville and the Naperville Park District. More than 4,000 volunteers and hundreds of sponsors support the event with 100% of the proceeds from Ribfest going to support the elimination of child abuse and domestic violence.
