Nanofunds launches first residential projects
Hamptons International's fund offering, Nanofunds, has launched its first residential projects in London following a successful round of fundraising, highlighting a high demand for London residential property exposure and intense demand for small specialist property funds amongst investors.
- (1888PressRelease) May 17, 2011 - Nanofunds, which officially launched to market in Summer 2010, provide investors with the opportunity to invest their money in residential development. Since launch, Nanofunds have commited over £9.2m to residential development projects raised through investment by UK-based and international investors drawn to the unique characteristics of Nanofunds.
The Nook and Calico*, both bespoke London development projects, are the first two developments to be launched through the development Nanofund. The investor returns are expected to be over 20 per cent per annum.
