Najm Racks Up Another Successful Social Initiative under its Program “Najm Al Kheer”

- (1888PressRelease) May 31, 2021 - Consistent with its successful strategy and programs that earned it the “Best Corporate Social Responsibility Insurance Company” award from the globally-renowned Global Brands magazine, Najm for Insurance Services maintains its social responsibility efforts which are at the heart of its corporate principles and launches yet another set of initiatives as part of its Najm Al Kheer program. The program aims to support individuals as well as families, keeping pace with the Kingdom’s generous and charitable approach providing aid in various fields backed up by the tremendous support of its leadership – may God bless them.
Celebrating the arrival of the holy month of Ramadan by providing for the underprivileged families in the Kingdom, Najm proceeded with its latest initiative, the Ramadan Gift Basket which is inspired by the holy month’s high values of benevolence and kindness. Enlightened by such grand standards, the Kingdom’s wise leadership has always given back to the country, most notably through recently launching the national campaign for charitable work “Ehsan.” During the holy month, the success of Najm’s Ramadan Gift Basket initiative was a result of its employees’ deeply-rooted commitment to the prosperity and well-being of their society. Putting in the effort and providing donations, the employees prepared 5 tons of Ramadan baskets which were then delivered to 170 families across the Kingdom with the help of 15 Saudi charities accredited by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development.
Furthermore, by launching the “Holiday Wishes to Neighbours” initiative, Najm aims to promote companionship support and a sense of unity among fellow colleagues, spreading the joyous spirit of Eid among a number of neighbouring companies. As such, Najm’s leaders and members of the executive board greeted their neighbours in the companies and institutions located near Najm’s headquarters in Riyadh and presented them with holiday gifts.
Building on the strengthened foundations of social integration and solidarity among the company and its employees on one hand and between them and the communities they belong to on the other, Najm consistently adds to the series of social and charitable initiatives it carries out in its commitment to enhancing the quality of life in the Kingdom.
