NAIOP New Jersey Welcomes 90 New Members
Chapter's Membership Ranks Stand at 625 at Mid-Year 2014.
- Jersey City, NJ (1888PressRelease) August 16, 2014 - NAIOP New Jersey has added 90 new members to its ranks, announced Michael McGuinness, executive director of the commercial real estate development association.
The new members, who joined the organization between November 2013 and June 2014, boost the chapter's total current membership to 625, ranking as the 7th largest NAIOP chapter nationally and 8th largest internationally.
"We are seeing such a healthy growth in membership because of the mix of benefits and value-add that membership offers to industry professionals," said McGuinness. "We get results on the advocacy front, make it easy for members to stay connected and grow their business, provide the tools for members to stay ahead of the curve in their professional lives, and we make that journey memorable and fun.
"NAIOP New Jersey has also clearly proven to be a breeding ground for up-and-coming industry leaders, and for providing leadership and direction at NAIOP's corporate headquarters for North America," said McGuinness.
The chapter's newest members represent a broad range of professionals from five states. Among them are developers, owners, builders, managers and brokers of commercial real estate, as well as finance, law, accounting, architecture and engineering, and public service.
The range of consultants includes environmental, recycling, information services and more.
