NAFA Opens Online Registration For Institute & Expo
NAFA Fleet Management Association launches new conference website and opens online registration for 2011 Institute & Expo in Charlotte, North Carolina.
- (1888PressRelease) October 29, 2010 - NAFA's annual Institute & Expo (I&E) returns to the East Coast for the first time since 2006 when the annual conference opens on April 9, 2011 in Charlotte, NC. Hundreds of fleet managers from throughout the United States and Canada will gather for the largest fleet management industry event of the year; spread out across 4 days, the I&E features over 60 hours of fleet training and educational sessions (including brand new advanced level sessions designed specifically for veteran corporate fleet managers), an expo floor with more than 200 vendors, and the ability to network with colleagues of all experience levels.
The 2011 I&E takes place April 9-12, 2011 at the Charlotte Convention Center. The date is three weeks earlier than usual for the annual conference, so major preparation for the I&E is already underway. A new website has been created at http://www.nafainstitute.org to provide complete conference details including schedules, hotel information, online registration, and frequently asked questions.
Online registration is now open at the new website and early bird rates are in effect. Attendees registering before December 31 will receive $100 off the regular conference admission price. Breakfast and lunch meals for all four days are included in full conference registration. Including meals within the conference registration helps attendees anticipate their total costs and aids them with approval for business travel.
Discounted hotel rates are also available at the four official I&E hotels (Westin Charlotte, Hilton Charlotte Center City, Charlotte Mariott Center City, and Omni Charlotte Hotel). Attendees need to make hotel reservations through the I&E website to take advantage of the block room rates.
Hoping to build on the momentum from last year's success, the 2011 I&E will once again feature leading executives from the automotive industry as keynote speakers. This year's lineup of speakers will be announced shortly.
This is the first I&E on the East Coast since 2006 when the event was held in Orlando, FL. Previous conferences have been held in Detroit (2010), New Orleans (2009), Salt Lake City (2008), and Houston (2007). The next two conferences will be in St. Louis (2012) and Atlantic City (2013).
Media sponsors for NAFA's 2011 I&E include: International Fleet World, Fleet Maintenance, Fleets & Fuels, Fleet Digest, CAMAUTO, Canadian Automotive Fleet, FLEETSolutions, FleetFOCUS, Naylor LLC, and Light & Medium Truck.
